When we enrolled in the Master of Arts, that is currently our life, they suggested a couple of books to read before the beginning of classes. And this was one of them.

It is a non-fiction book. Every chapter of it has a different story to tell, to analyze, to explore. His idea is that we pay too much attention to what successful people are like, and not enough consideration to where they are from: such as their culture, their family, their generation, and the experiences they had the chance to live.

Because we cling to the idea that success is a simple function of individual merit and that the world in which we all grow up and the rules we choose to write as a society don't matter at all -P.36

It is an inspiring book and therefore we suggest you to read.
