Week 1 : First Week of getting fit

I took the video on a Monday morning. Please pardon my uncontrollable sniffing since I have an allergic rhinitis specially during the morning. Anyway to give us a brief preview my weight last week is 106 kgs. Just like what is said on the video I tried to fast but through using a meal replacement. In this case I used Usana's Nutrimeal to aid me on the fast. I also keep myself well nourished through taking Usana's Essentials. I lost 4kgs. on my first week.

I am a bit disappointed because I am expecting to lose more. In reality, 4kgs. is more than enough and other people may take weeks to lose such weight. I may not eat a lot at this time but surprisingly I have enough energy to do all my usual chores. I guess the fats in my body are sufficient as fuel.

I started the exercise with walking. I walked less than 5km. Its very tiring and I dont know if Ill be good at this.
Hopefully I can lose more weight.
