Be Open To Change
As I reflect on last week, one big theme that came up for me is experiencing change. Although we naturally resist change in our lives, it is a vital part of the self-improvement journey. Take the example that I use in today's video on setting goals.
Setting goals can be seen in at least two different lights as I presented. It can be good to set tight deadlines as you'll focus on what needs to get done and nothing else. At the same time, tight deadlines stall creative flow which means that even though you can finish work quickly it might not be the best solution to take.
This sort of realization has helped me to care more about the definitions I use and how I see things. I've discovered a new method of approach for how I'll be going about my goals and I'll be trying it out to see how things go.
