The way I like to summarize Steemit is "a platform where content creators are rewarded for content they contribute." Sure, the curation model as of now is very flawed, but that's what makes us early adopters. So if your daughter ever wanted to get into blogging, Steemit would be a good medium to house her posts while also potentially earning money on the side.
Yes, that is a great explanation! Thank you. I did spend some of Christmas telling her and my dad about Steemit. It certainly sparked much interest at the dinner table. The self investing aspect and housing aspect will certainly catch her attention. Thanks! Blessings!
