I don't know about running. I know EOS has Ono in development. YoYoW is another one in the making.
As for visibility, you have some legitimate options:
- Start using bid bots
- Buy votes
- Get involved in different communities through Discord
- Utilize certain tags to get random/consistent upvotes
I'm sure there are more, including shady options, but it's a free platform. You can do whatever, but consequences aren't guaranteed.
