sudah terbiasa
tanpa sadar melihat jam di dinding, ternyata ini sudah larut malam,,
dan ternyata tanpa sadar ini pun telah menjadi kebiasaan dimana setiap malam mata ini bisa terlelap jika sudah lewat dari jam 01:00..
yang sebenarnya ini adalah kebiasaan buruk, karena tidur yang sehat yaitu harus 8jm, jika kita beraktifitas jm 06:00 pagi setidaknya kita harus tidur jam 21:00,
tapi teori itu sangatlah susah diterapkan jika memang sudah terbiasa begadang,,
ingat kata bang haji,,
"Begadang boleh jika ada perlunya"
