El Parque Nacional Henri Pittier es el parque nacional más antiguo de Venezuela, creado originalmente en 1937 con el nombre de Rancho Grande por decreto del Presidente Eleazar López Contreras. Está entre las costas de Aragua y las zonas montañosas de Carabobo. Se puede ver desde la carretera camino a Ocumare o Choroní, pero es mucho más interesante es caminarlo.
