#Day 3: My weight-loss journey
Hello steemians!
This is my today's breakfast, very healthy.
At lunch, I made red bean porridge mixed with black rice and oatmeal, red beans need to be soaked for several hours before cooking. I always soak beans overnight.
This is my dinner meal, I am a broccoli lover:)
