Are you ready for Monday? I am not...
In my philosophy: I believe food and nature impact our wellbeing, they are good for our health if we eat nutritious food and become closer to nature. Both of them help our body make a balance.
I would like to introduce a concept of tonic food, which means consuming food to improve one's well-being or stave off sickness. Of course, first step is to avoid junk food.
