Most Unique Interview I've Ever Experienced! [Charlotte Russe Group Interview SHOPPING CHALLENGE]

My interview started at 10 am sharp, just as the store was opening.

I was informed upon arrival that this interview would be a group interview, and that we shall all meet in the back of the store in the shoe section.

After waiting a couple of minutes in the back, we all gathered and the Manager fully greeted us,
all two of us.

originally there was suppose to be three of us, but the third was a no show.
To start the interview we headed to the back room where we were asked basic questions:

"Please, Walk me through your job history."

"Tell me about a positive experience in meeting someone new recently."

"How would you deal with a thief who confronts you about watching them steal."

"Do you have reliable transportation?"

But after the generic basic questioning, we where asked one last thing...

"Say there is a Kendrick Lamar Concert Coming up, Take a couple of minutes to go around the store and put together an outfit, complete with accessories and shoes."

Which ended up being a lot of fun!!

I chose a black strappy crop top, deep yellow shorts, black close toed high-heels, a black/white/plum kimono scarf, black and gold sunglasses, a black velvet choker holding onto a crystal by a gold latch and some chic rings!

She ended up loving it which made me ecstatic!! After the shopping/fashion interview, the manager asked we put back the items of clothing that we used for your looks-which i did in a super timely manner!

On my way out the door she let us know the we will hear back on her decision either the next day or the following day after that!

So today or tomorrow is the day <3 I will keep you all updated!
