Someone asked me "What are the habits to follow to improve the quality of our life? "
What I told them:
I can suggest you a lot of things that worked for many people who became successful after implementing those suggestions. So the need of the hour is to stop procrastination and start implementation.
Here are some more suggestions to motivate your monotonous daily life.
Start doing - You waste most of your time in unnecessary things. Your present actions reflect your future. Use your time efficiently and do something productive. Start Now.
Eat Healthy Stay Healthy - Our professional daily life is so hectic and unscheduled that we forget to eat healthy and organic food. Keep fruits and homemade food with you. Avoid junk food whenever you can.
Sleep Enough - Many researchers says that people who take a sound sleep of at least 8-hour work efficiently and remember more things than the people who sleep only for 5–6 hours. A sound sleep is required to keep your body system up to date.
Stop using Electronic gadgets - Earlier, I was fond of using mobile and laptop just before sleep but now I avoid to use them and keep them away at nights. You already use computers/laptop for 9 hours in your office then there is no need to use it until and unless it is crucial.
Write something - Make a habit of writing. Write whatever you have in your mind. Express your thoughts on paper with a pen. Just write something, write your experiences.
Walk Every day - You are already too lazy to do anything but you must include 15 minutes walk in your routine. Walk, at least, for 15 min daily.
Stretch your body - Our daily routine is so difficult to maintain that we forget to move our hands from the laptops and mobile. Do 5 minutes stretch every day after every 2 hours.
Talk to Yourself - No one can criticise you better than yourself. You need to ask yourself about your performance, about your work, about your doings.
Once Swami Vivekananda said, “Talk to yourself at least once in a Day Otherwise you may miss a meeting with an EXCELLENT person in this World”
Bring the Humanity Back - Help anyone, it will make you happy from inside. There are a lot of people need help not in the form of money but personally, mentally. Do help someone and bring the humanity back.
