The question you should ask everytime you set out is, "Who is going to stop me?" and not "who is going to let me?"

No one will let you become a success; and everyone, will try to stop you from becoming a success.
Contend with those trying to stop you, that way, you have an edge.

The first question is the right one because, you have to be daring if you want to earn a living, respect or your pride of place in this life.
Asking "who will let me" is already a sign of defeat and only losers step out that way.

Don't you just wonder at how some individuals will do anything no matter how dirty and despicable just for a dime?
Anything goes for some and to many, there nothing they won't do for a grain of fame.
