Your mental health is important!

It’s okay to feel hopeless for a day,
or two days,
or a month,
or a two months.

What matters is how you get up and what you do to never reach that low point again. Mental health is real and will always be there, but it is up to you to control it.

I know how easy it is to feel worthless.
To feel like the entire world is against you.
To hate your father or mother for all of the abuse.
To want to end it all right then and there.

I know.

I also know how amazing it is to laugh with friends.
Or how beautiful the feeling of waking up and wanting to go outside is.

Break down. Cry. Be emotional. Yell. laugh at a joke. Hit something.

Show that you care.

Your mental health is not you.

at the end of the day, what are we ? human beings trying to figure out life. People whose tastes, opinions and ideas changes. Each one of us is a unique work in progress. So, don't put pressure on you, like society asks you to do. It doesn't matter if you don't know what to do after high school, or if you realize you don't like what you're doing, after three or four years of studies or work. it's okay to realize your dream job isn't what fits you. it's okay to change your mind a lot about your future. who's gonna tell you what to do ? it's your life. it's your future. it's your happiness.
because,
at the end of the day, we're still a work in progress.

So wake up, and go to do what you love, cause that would make you feel happy. c:
