THE CENTURY OLD TREE AND THE BALOONS

It's Good Friday. As I pass by, I noticed these colorful baloons being sold in front of the Acacia tree and along the road which is part of the processional route (The procession will start 4 hours from now). The Acacia tree is believed to be more than 100 years now. In fact there were 2 of them. The other one was located about 20 meters away. About 8 years ago, one afternoon, the tree just fell down without any warning. It almost crushed 3 kids that were playing near it...
