Easy Tips to Make the Most Out of Every Day

Our lives are simply a collection of all the days we have lived put together. It is a shame to waste any single day because there is so much we can accomplish in 24 hours. Many of us (including myself) have found ourselves going through the motions. living day-to-day like a robot. This is the worst mistake you can make!
Now, you may have heard some of these things over and over again, but one question...have you ever done them??! If you follow these tips you WILL get the most out of each day! Every single day should be viewed as an opportunity. Here are a few tips that have helped me live each day to the fullest and I hope they help you as well!
1. Exercise. It should come as no surprise this is my number one!! From my own experience I can assure you that daily exercise (even 3x per week for a beginner) will have a HUGE impact on your mood, feelings, and overall outlook on life.
2. Get Up Early!! It can be very difficult to change sleeping habits, but it can be very beneficial. Just think of how much more you can accomplish each day if you had an extra two hours! In fact, I'm writing this article with the extra time I have from changing my sleeping habits ;)
3. Eat Right. Eating the right food, just like exercising, will also have a huge impact on your mood! Also, it is very important to eat a breakfast high in protein to start your day off right.
4. Accomplish One Small Task. My all time favorite example of this would be..MAKE YOUR BED! There is even a new book out with this title which gives the same message. Doing one tiny task each day, especially early in the morning, will prepare you to take on larger tasks throughout the day!!
5. Rest. It may be difficult for some of us to find a few minutes to sit down and rest. It seems there is ALWAYS something on our plate. However, I like to think that sitting down in the evening before bed and just resting will be extremely beneficial. That means turn the TV off and put the phone down! Doing this will lead to more restful sleep and prepare you for the next day.

It can be! I know it was for me, here is another bonus tip: don't start with huge amount of time. Get up 15 minutes early, get used to it, then increase it to 30 minutes! Before you know it you'll be at 2 hours.

It can be difficult, don't start with all of them at once. Pick which one you think will be the hardest and do it! Then all the rest will become easier.
