Gift idea in the form of a letter to Grandma from Me and Ms 9

Dear Grandma,

Daddy, Mummy and I (and all my toys) have thought a lot about what would be a great present for you.

Dad thought that you might like a dog, but they’re hard to put on the plane and there’s not much room in your apartment for a dog.

So we thought and thought, and all the toys suggested that one of them could come down and live with you!

And then Winnie volunteered because she thought you look nice and would love to have a Wombat.

And then we had another great idea! Because you love letters so much, we thought that we could send you some stories of what Winnie did when she was with us, complete with photos, and stories about what the other toys are getting up to now!

So we have spent loads of time over the last year taking photos of us, and the toys, with Winnie so that we can illustrate the letters with some photos!

I hope you like this idea, because it means we will be sending you weekly letters about what Winnie got up to in the past, what shenanigans the toys are up to now, or about what we’ve been up to here in Brisbane!
