The struggles within us all

Ever wondered why life is hard? Why everyone else seems happy? Why you feel like you are the only one around that is going through hard times? The truth is we all go through this at some point in our lives.

Often when I meet people I like to look them straight in the eyes, generally this could make them feel uneasy or change their body language towards you. Depending on the reactions they give off one can see exactly what is happening in their life. The eyes are the window to the soul and I believe this strongly.

​

Many people try to hide their pain, some better than others, but if you had to look closely and took the time to get to know a person. You will notice everyone is always going through something all the time, it might not always be bad, but it effects who they are and the way they interact and react to the people around them.

​

After thinking about this, I started to wonder... do I make someone's day easier for them? or do I make it a lot harder? Often we go through life not giving a second thought to what we say to another person or do to them, we just DO it. The scary thing about this is; we could leave scares on them, we could even drive them to doing things that they would not normally do.

It is hard to go through life without stepping on someone else's toes, but kindness never killed anyone. This is something I love saying to people; If you going to plan on killing someone for the horrible things they have done to you. Then kill them with kindness...

I hope that each one of us will find it within us to be a little kinder, a little more forgiving and a little more understanding for those around us...
