Thanks for sharing these helpful ideas. Do you have any insights on how to keep your list? A lot of data exists to show that even after 30 days most people break their New Years resolutions. Anyone who is reading this post have suggestions?
Don't promise yourself things you know you won't keep and try to be consistent with your plans. The Power of Habit is a good reading in case you have troubles of keeping consistency. Cheers
