DOES YOUR BOSS REALLY CARE?

It's no more news that countless people lose their Jobs daily.
As much as it is hard to process the fact that after working for an establishment for so many years, investing your energy, time and even sacrificing family-time for work, "you can still be fired". Well, it is what it is...the "Fact".
Wether you think your boss is "mean" or not does not matter, what matters is what you decide to do before or after you are fired.
For some of us, getting fired from our Jobs gave us enough time to look within and discover the persons we are becoming.
We can never destroy the power within us. We can deny that it's there; we can hide it,we can lie about it,but ultimately, we cannot change the fact that it lies within for our use.
Your boss cares... But business is business. You have to choose yourself for happiness.
