Good Afternoon Steemers! Have you ever needed more hours in a day in order to achieve your activities? Sometimes, it’s just about knowing how to organize your hours.

Time... So ruthless and irreversible (as we know yet), has been a reference in daily life for the human being independently from genre, culture, race and age. Nowadays, people live in a competitive and constantly growing environment, so that, adaptation is essential to personal growth by studying, working, doing hobbies, having social life and other activities; nevertheless, the time needed to do all those things can be quite inflexible in comparison with your available hours. That is why, the following recommendations are given to manage your time easily and effectively:

  1. Listen to your body.
    Healthy mind, healthy body. It is important to respect the basic necessities of your body, so you should think about dreaming, eating, personal cleanliness and social life hours. You will work with a better mood a more efficiently.

  2. Take your time.
    Do not desperate. The more careful and cautious you are when doing something, the better it will result. Go slowly but securely.

  3. Set your goals.
    List your goals and order them in importance by your own reasons so you can put priorities in your life and guide you to a better development.
    Then, divide each one of your goals in activities to complete in order to know the time you need to dedicate to reach that objective and organize your routine more efficiently.

  4. A classic one: Make your schedule.
    A schedule will always be necessary. There you can see and remember your routines.

  5. Make a daily simulation.
    Your schedule will not be accomplished perfectly so often. Retards and obstacles can affect your daily tasks, causing frustration and low spirits.
    Establishing flexibility in your schedule by planning your day, considering any unforeseen circumstances that could emerge in the moment and preparing for problems whenever it is possible.

  6. Reduce your procrastination times
    Procrastination is not considered as negative at all, it helps to free your mind from daily problems, decreases stress and can make you feel more creative. However, you could lose a lot of time if you keep your mind off and retard your projects in excess.

Practicing these simple advices, you could optimize your performance, so you can become more well-organized and competent. The solution is willpower and motivation - do what you like!
