Mental health..?
Mental health..? What is mental health? Why is it so important and why do we not practice better mental health? Does it have to do with how we feel about mental health?
As a doctor it is my duty to promote health and I do it through my publications and according to the experience I live with my patients every day. From experience I can say that total and "full peace of mind" can make your day without stress and without fatigue.
sometimes the work and the society in which we live put us to the test every day and that causes in us a suffocating sensation of suffocation when we manage to be centered and at peace with ourselves being able to be more autonomous and more self-sufficient in the work in the answers we give in everything we work on a day-to-day basis.
How does mental health affect your life and your routine? Easy, think of a teacher of math class who is thinking about the problem that has with the income and financial problems, adding to that the stress and mental fatigue produced by straining the brain, having to support the students and everything what they bring with them and thus a series of events that if we do not know how to face them, they do not reach the limit and we feel that we are going to explode but if each one of those things we manage to take it calmly and we know how to act at the moment they are going through those bad situations and we control a little the emotions the result at the end of the day will be positive and it will not be the opposite for the sum of those negative factors ..
REMEMBER THAT MENTAL HEALTH DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE CRAZY INDICATES THE PEACE AND THE CALM THAT YOU HAVE AND FEEL WITH YOURSELF> !!
