a very long read, but worth it, chaos and order exists in the same plane as far as im concerned.
One cannot exist without the other.
Chaos theory is very vast and its a constant in the universe. To those who are a bit confused, chaos theory can be witnessed in action when you turn on a tap.
If you open a tap just a little, you get intricate drops of water, but opening it just a bit more leads to an unpredictable pattern of big drops and small drops. You cant predict it, you cant control it, its chaotic, its nonsense.

I do believe in the existence of a supernatural being, many have proposed and many religion follow that the concept of order and chaos needs a balancer to stop one from overtaking the other.
Outside of objectivity, in my personal beliefs.I believe chaos and order are the same thing, there is order in chaos and vice versa.Things are what they are and we can't define them otherwise because then they'd be something else (you can't judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree).A life without pain is not life but paradise.So balance is rather useless here since everything is already balanced.
If there was a supernatural being as you say then that being is the cause that led this universe to come into existence as this being is existence itself.
