LIFE STORY OF MY DAD

Emmanuel Owusu Duodu is a lovely and caring father I have and he grew up in a town called Addaeso (Teacher y3) which is located in Ghana. Because he was intelligent during his days in school, he was jumped over every class he found himself because the teachers thought he was not supposed to be in such class. Funny tho those are the advantages you will get when you are an intelligent student in your class in Ghana. He completed Middle Form Four thus Elementary School in 1956. So from Elementary School he went to Senior Secondary School. My Dad was being taken care of by his Uncle, So his uncle told him to go to a Technical School and when he Completed, they were the first students to start the O level which was in 1974. He went ahead to teach in a Normal Technical School for three terms and in 1975 he started his work at Ghana Cocoa Board. He always told me that he didn't get it easy because his mum and dad didn't have that much to cater for his school so he used Scholarship through out his educational life. When he comes on vacation, he use to weave baskets to sell before getting his Chop money for the next academic year. So anytime I sit to have a conversation with him he always tell me that because of what he has been through in his life he doesn't want his children to go through the same thing so he tries all his maximum best to make everything possible for us. To end this i promised him that any reward i will earn on this post will be his and i will use it to buy something nice for him and Also introduced him to steemit and promised him that i will get his account setup and buy him a phone so that he can start blogging.
