Yes. Running helps your stamina built and keep your body in shape. But that's not the energy that I am talking about here. What I mean on energy is spiritual and mental energy.
Yes! Running can help you to maintain your sharpness and help you to make your body more active on doing things. Your body feels light that you feel that those energy should be consume by taking more job and taking more stress.
2. It kills stress
Running can make help your mind to avoid thinking, thus this will also make your mind avoind thinking of negative thoughts. Running also training on how to overcome challenges and make yourself more durable in times of stress.
3. It makes your body feels light
Did you know that when your body is heavy, you also feel so lazy on doing things or important things?
Yes! It makes you lazy. People become lazy because they are unmotivated and they become unmotivated because they feel heavy on their body.
