I wish they haven't changed or I wish I have changed

With time every person will end up changing, remaining the same is practically impossible.

We continue to go on with our lives and gain new experiences that one way or another will always shape our personality, and influence our way of reasoning.

If you think you haven't changed, just give it a little bit more time. Eventually you will realize your are more mature and wise than before.
