38. Switch Your Timeframe
For 100 days, I'm going to publish a plus-minus hundred-word post a day on Steemit. These 100 posts will be the insights, routines, and habits of living a better life.
We all want to get good at what we do. And I bet the same goes to you.
But pushing yourself forward isn't easy. If you ever stressed by not being able to perform at your best, you're not alone.
The truth is, this stress only make the situation worse.
When you’re feeling this frustration, it means you are focusing exclusively on the demands of the current moment: the present request, present challenge, and present events.
While in this frustrated and overload state, our efficiency and effectiveness usually got compromised.
The solution? Simply change your focus of the time frame.
If your present moment is stressful, try to focus on the future with its best outcome to gain resources you need to progress in the moment.
Even you might not have any references or resources to gain from it, you will instantly change your emotional state! That is much better to progress in a frustrating situation.
