HAVE A CAREER

When I see young girls without a job talking marriage I become bothered because my question is how do you intend to fend for the child when it comes?I don't think it's appropriate to depend on only the man's income to take care of you, your children , his family and your family too. That is not what I believe marriage is all about, a lot of people miss the point from the beginning that is why they face difficulties along thr line.

True love is giving and receiving too, you do I do. some mothers have trained their daughters to believe that the arrival of a husband is the end of poverty and misery in their lineage.what a pity and then the lady begins to see the man as a meal ticket and tomorrow you will complain that he is not respecting you..
What respect are you talking about when all he does is slave for you , the children you both have, his family and your own family too, so let me ask you what do you have to offer that he can't get else where? Food? Sex ? Or more children? Is that all you can offer? No! Be more! As ladies I think we need to FIND ourselves, our feet,find the balance and purpose first before finding a man, it is very important. We should strive to be an asset not a liability, A lot of women who are going through hell in marriages, and relationships SOME of the reason they are putting up with such maltreatment and disrespect is because if they leave they can't afford themselves the life they are getting. But a man who knows with or without him you can survive will behave 85% of the time cos he is aware that you're not there for his finances,his property but his love and loyalty because you can afford yours no matter how little. So the purpose of this is to remind us never to depend on anybody in totality except GOD ! Even in marriage I believe GOD should be the only one couples should depend on. If you are hungry pls fix your hunger, get up and work so that when it is the time to make life decisions you won't make a selfish one because of personal gains. Don't sell your future, your happiness for a morsel of porridge! When you have your own, a man with money is a bonus not a MEAL TICKET or a Ladder to upgrade
