Cottage cheese and banana pudding

Today, I want to please a sweet tooth. I love sweets, but as you know, the sweet spoils a figure, but not this dessert. This is a dish I love not only for ease of manufacture and availability of ingredients, but also for its versatility since you can use it all: reduce weight, men and women, and gaining muscle mass and just watching their diet and figure. Simple, useful and incredibly tasty!!! Be sure to treat yourself! So, here is the recipe:

We will need the following ingredients:

Cottage cheese – 600 low fat 0,5 % fat
Chicken egg – 3 PCs
Sweetener "Fit parade" - to taste
Vanilla – 1 packet
Milk – 150 ml (1,5% fat
Starch – 2 tbsp
Bananas – 1 piece (large)
Butter – 5 g
Cooking

1. First take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Then rubs whisk the egg yolks with the cottage cheese. Now add the sweetener and vanilla, mix everything thoroughly with a mixer or whisk. 2. Add to cheese milk and stir. Then add starch and also mix everything to avoid lumps of cornstarch.

3. Next, take the egg whites and whisk them with a mixer until air stable foam.

4. Then gently add egg whites into cheese mixture, gently stir, so as not to interrupt the swing.

5. We spread our future pudding in a small deep form or poured into molds for cakes, pre-greased with butter on bottom and edges. Then add slices of bananas.

6. Put the form or molds in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. the Finished pudding served with sour cream 10 % .Bon appetit!!!

The advice of a nutritionist, This pudding can be allowed to eat yourself for Breakfast with tea or coffee, or you can use it as a snack with a Cup of yogurt between Breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner.

2 g of fat
8 g of carbohydrates
96 calories
