Estonia-100 years independence. Biggest protest ever?

Yesterday was Estonia birthday. 100 years independence. What really happened yesterday? Important day for every Estonians or not? I think not. We have really high taxes in this country,food,gasoline,alcohol etc have a too high prizes. and of course we have low paid workers. We are neighbours to Latvia where prizes are much much lower. So at least 5000+ people decided to protest against our parliament and they drove to Latvia to shopping.
