The reason why decisions have so much power is because they are OUR DECISIONS.

Many people feel helpless and angry because they believe that decisions are out of reach. The real fact is that almost all decisions are in our hands. While it may seem that someone like your boss, a partner or a friend are the ones who choose, our acceptance or reaction to that is purely ours.

When we realize that we have this kind of control over our destiny and our future, we are empowered to change it. We get courage and we become creative in terms of what it will take to achieve what we set out to do.
