Whether you are a trainer, a coach, a salesman, a business partner, a colleague, a life partner, an employee or a subordinate, a service provider, or any job you have, get the trust is essential. In a world where people become increasingly skeptical, if you want someone to trust you, it is not enough a little trick or a chosen phrase, you need to have a stable, built base of the habits that say you're a trusted person.

I have come to the conclusion that many good people do not progress the way they want and do not have the deserved success, not because they are incompetent or do not do the right thing, but rather because they do not get trust. You probably know that when you trust someone you do a lot for that person or with that person, but when you do not trust, you act reserved and retreat.

Habits matter, it matters what we do every day. Creating trust is not a singular action. There are simple habits that you can integrate into your life very easily. The good news is that people can change your habits if they want.

Expand Trust (Provides Trust)

Demonstrates openness to provide confidence. It involves higher costs than trust. You can not ask someone to give you what you do not offer.

First, listen

It works with less assumptions and listens, even if you know what you want to be told. First you need to understand, then put a diagnosis if necessary. Listen to what's important to others. Listen using your ears, eyes and heart. Under no circumstances do you know all the answers.

Face the reality

Reality is not always comfortable. Look at your results, your life, your qualifications, your training, your personal relationships. Notice the weaknesses, improve them and strengthen the strengths. Do not do like the ostrich.

Become better

Do not stop learning and developing. Also keep in mind the feedback you receive and thanks. Do not imagine what brought you here will take you further.

Provides results

Make things happen and get it done. Fit in time and budget. You have apologies or solutions. Do not apologize for failing to deliver the promised / expected results.

Show loyalty

It lends credit to people and recognizes their contribution. He talks about people who are not present as if they were. Do not talk families bad or engage in a negative way in conversations with people who are not present. Give them help when you can.

Recognize when you're wrong

Recognize when you are wrong and try to fix things. Apologize when possible. Recognize when you're wrong - do not let your pride lead you. Be correct when you are wrong.

Demonstrate respect

Looks like you care. Do not simulate. Respect the values, the role and the opinions of the people. Do not judge them. Treat with respect especially those who can not do anything for you. Do small and cute things for people.
