This is really a problem that needs serious attention.
Stringent measure and penalties need to be applied to curtail the actions of this pharmaceutical industries.
They are toying with human life.....recalling my memory of the "Helsinki 1924 declaration "

an informed consent must be given by the patient, and if a minor, it must be given by the parent and they must be aware of what you are doing with their data

I totally agree with you, What this people are doing is totally wrong and the USA government need to take serious action against them.

If they don't, I believe the matter should be able to get to UN.
