I will make this a short article to help get all of us to the point as some authors like to ramble.

Ever heard the saying “Actions speak louder than words”? In this example we are going to go against this logic and say that words=thoughts and thought=mind and so our mind is actually more powerful than action as MIND controls our actions.

Stick with me…

The one secret to getting/staying motivated is to listen to your light body. Some call it this, others call it your gut feeling, or intuition. We all have it, and it’s an extremely powerful tool to have in your arsenal. This force can guide you unconsciously if you allow it to have an uninterrupted tap into your focus. Otherwise your conscious side comes in and screws everything up with fear, worry, doubt etc. When you follow your light body you have confidence because it’s your soul sharing with your conscious side about its goals and wants for the day... Anyone who says they have ever felt alone or been alone, or lonely has surely never tapped into this force for it will effectively keep one occupied and busy not to feel lonely.

Trust in your spirit!

The KEY is when you have an impulse from your gut feeling , the feeling where you can inherently feel what is right and or wrong in the moment; You must take action in that moment. You can choose to take action on the priority that needs your attention or put it off and use more time on something different. Your light body can sense when you are going against its grain and will let you know, and you feel the effects too whether is regret or disappointment because it’s your true will as well. Your light body can get you to the water but you must be willing to drink.

You may feel this every now and then or daily, knowing that there are objectives internally that are not having enough light shed on them to form into reality. We all have the freedom to choose what we spend our time on. When we tap into deep focus of these imbedded goals within us there is true value and honor one brings to themselves by fulfilling them. We must re-wire our programming for we have been setup to be; mediatized by the rich and spoiled. Meaning “when we don’t want to read a book because it seems boring” we must change. There is only so much you can connect with and absorb through videos and ebooks, especially before your eyeballs start to feel the sensation of electronics. Life itself is rich, it is our miracle. We should all embrace the little things that are so often overlooked yet have gotten us this far in the first place. Stick with your mind and gut feeling. Use real world experiences you have had to help shape your decisions in the future and fill in the gaps of your uncertainties and let your light guide you and do the rest.
