With standard radiotherapy leads to loss of energy in healthy tissue and the tumor will come out only part of the energy. When use the proton therapy?

Proton beam can treat malignant tumors, wherein the treatment options are limited, and conventional radiotherapy have the risk of side effects (e.g. childhood cancer, eye cancer, and certain areas of the brain). Benefits of proton therapy is also faster patient recovery and through precise targeting and maximum protection of healthy tissue we have much lower risk of secondary malignancies.

The high likelihood of complete destruction of the tumor cell raises the prospect of long-term survival of patients. In the end, thus saving the resources otherwise required to follow health and social care of untreated patients, or with significant treatment effects.
