Yes, we have to give respect to each and every human being. Thou there will be different views and conflict but that doesn't mean we have to be oppressive.

A good healthy discussion and argument are always benefited by both. But the culprit is ego that comes in between.

This all can be possible if we are humble and egoless. This culprit ego never let us listen to others and never let us understand others. It is always "I" that want to make right.
Some people want to hurt @chbartist reputation, if you do not agree with him it is always welcome that you discuss with him and make your point. As far I know him that he will understand. Let we show some maturity and keep aside all the ego and work together to make a better community.
