EAT HEALTHY, LOOSE WEIGHT & FEEL AWESOME EVERYDAY– DON’T USE YOUR TUMMY LIKE AN EMPTY TRASH!
I know healthy eating can be really boring, I mean who doesn’t want to have pizza, lasagne, burger and all these mouth-watering foods on daily basis but are they doing any good to us?
And the answer is NO.
We all want to look and feel awesome, what If I tell you can do so by incorporating below mentioned foods in your daily routine.
You will be amazed to see the results and yes I am not lying because the chart is made by me and experienced by me. It’s my 7th week and I have started seeing results!
WHAT NOT TO EAT – try to limit the following foods
• Sugar – sugar is addictive and fattening, try to limit your sugar intake in tea/coffee. I used to take 4 and now I only have 1 tea spoon of raw sugar. Try to have less sugary foods – muffin, cake, ice cream etc.
• Grains: Avoid grains if you need to lose weight, including bread and pasta.
• Artificial sweeteners: try incorporating fruits in your diet on a daily basis.
• Highly processed foods: Foods that are highly processed are usually low in nutrients and high in unhealthy and unnatural chemicals.
You should eat natural, unprocessed foods - For healthy people who do some kind of exercise on a regular basis, there is absolutely no proven reason to avoid potatoes and sweet potatoes, or grains like oats and rice.
WHAT TO EAT – You must include the following food in your daily diet.
• Meat: Beef, lamb, pork, chicken, etc. Unprocessed meat is good for you.
• Fish: Fish is great. Very healthy, and rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients. You should eat fish every week. And if you are a vegetarian or doesn’t like fish, eat linseed – full of omega 3 and fatty acids.
• Eggs: Eggs are the best thing on this planet its yolk is the most nutritious and healthiest part.
• Vegetables: Contains fibre and many nutrients that are essential for our body. Eat vegetables every day.
• Fruit: easy to prepare and rich in fibre and vitamin C. They're still pretty high in sugar, so one needs to eat in moderation if planning to lose weight.
• Potatoes: potatoes and sweet potatoes are healthy, but they're still high in carbs. Again eat in moderation if you need to lose weight.
• High-fat dairy: Cheese, cream, butter, full-fat yogurt, etc. Rich in healthy fats and calcium
• Fats and oils: Olive oil, butter, lard, rice bran etc. use high smoke point oils when frying – Rice bran has a smoke point of 232 °C (450 °F) and mild flavour, making it suitable for high-temperature cooking methods such as stir frying and deep frying.
Please don't forget to show some love if the above helped you in any way. I will share the recipe of the below meal in my next post till then keep smiling :)
