Charitable Lemonade stand results: $140 raised by my daughters for Children with Cancer

My daughters Alex, Josie and Charlotte

recently raised $140 doing a Lemonade stand. They (we) are in the process of creating a non-profit organization called (WCDA) WE CAN DO ANYTHING with the objective being to raise money for people and organizations in need so basically a charitable non-profit effort pioneered by children. ANY STEEMIT PROCEEDS FROM THIS POST WILL GO TO WCDA TO HELP MY KIDS GET THIS THING OFF THE GROUND Their first fund-raising effort was very successful and MUCH appreciated by the wonderful people at Jacob's Heart Children's Cancer Support Services http://www.jacobsheart.org/. Alex, Charlie, and Josie raised $140 to support programs for Jacob's Heart kids by selling lemonade and baked goodies. They named their fundraiser WCDA, which stands for "We Can Do Anything". Don't you love that?
Thanks Alex, Charlie and Josie for helping kids with cancer! You're amazing... :)

Awesome I was so proud of your kids for raising so much. And doing both a real and virtual lemonade stand was brilliant. Jacobs Heart does amazing work helping kids with Cancer. One who lives right next door to me. I encourage people do make a small donation to them. They do amazing work.

thank you for your upvote and kind words, I am following @ocd now and yes I ACCEPT - please help me promote this post any way that you can, and use any photo you like for your compilation post. I am super proud of my daughters! I am a "minnow" obviously, still trying to figure out this "upvote" rewards etc, I do have a decent amount of SteemPower - do you have an idea how this post can receive 90 upvotes I believe 13 "resteems" and 14 comments, yet still be only worth $4.48? I mean $4.48 is ok, but... c'mon, these guys deserve more of a bump than that, we have a steem jar, any money they earn with their ideas for posts or music is being held in there to help grow their charitable cause. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I will become involved with @ocd after I explore it tomorrow morning (it is late here) - anyway, thank you again. Your friend, @cryptoted

thank you ... I agree they are adorable lol (I may be a bit biased) I appreciate your upvote and kind comment, I am following you . I am a bit surprised that this post can get 97 upvotes multiple resteems and only land at $5.70 or whatever - I have a decent amount of SteemPower, I mean I am happy with $5 but.. somebody like Jerry Banfield can make a post brushing his teeth and get $400... just saying, strange system. But I love Steemit and will keep plugging along. take care much love and thank you again...!
