I Had A Crazy Perspiration Therapy Today 😅💦⚕
My Sauna therapy today had been a success but I was wrong in sipping some coffee because I wasn't able to sleep it off. I was planning to just sleep just while I was sweating out because to tell you the truth it is not really comfortable being in a sauna suit as you get hot plus your breath gets hot as well like as if you are having a fever.
It happens when the body is trying to heat itself out for iit to perspire, create water so that it would evaporate and cool the body. But there is no cooling thing would happen because you body is insulated so a vicious cycle is made as your body would try to heat some more and sweat would be produced which would be converted into steam because your body is just heating up and not cooling down.
That is why I am glad to have discovered this kind of cheap way to get a sauna without going to a physical sauna. At least in this kind of system you could still do you daily activities although you will get sweaty hands and head and maybe your feet. I am glad that the weather had cooperated too because it was relatively hot today and with about 6 hours of sweating I just achieved a good detoxifying session although it is really uncomfortable because I wasn't able to sleep today. Next time I would not drink coffee for the purpose.
My breathing is much calmer considering that it is the eve of my dialysis session for tomorrow God-willing. It is because I was able to let out extra fluids from my cooperative skin pores and I am just wondering if I would do this in the real hot and dry months this coming month of March, that would maybe give me a lot of fluid allowance to drink which is nice so that I would not feel much deprived of water or other drinks and also to help me with my breathing because it would certainly slow down my body of being waterlogged fast.
Actually during the hot and dry season even when I am using an electric fan I am still sweating profusely. That is why when I arrive at my dialysis center I am still lighter because anything that touched my skin would get wet eventually with sweat. That is why I would make use of my blanket not to cover me during the night but to absorb the sweat from my back. That is how brutal the hot season here because of the humidity and the air is still, no winds whatsoever coming which still is my liking because it gives me liberty in my fluid intake.
