I can't believe it......!
I totally can't believe this,....
My son is 10 years old already... It's crazy how fast the years are going by. It really slapped me in the face this morning when I woke up... It kind of gave me an uneasy feeling, because I am getting older as well and don't feel I have really accomplished much at my age...
Not to make excuses,.. But there were factors that came into play.... I had my own house cleaning business for a few years, then the economy took a nose dive and I lost a lot of business really fast, then my wife dumped me... then I went from job to job for a few years before getting into online marketing and crypto-currency...
The last few years have been a rebuilding phase for me... I know I shouldn't compare my life to others and I know some people in other countries would give anything to trade places with me... I guess it's more of a self hate issue or just disappointment..
With that being said though, my son has been my #1 WHY... He is why I keep pushing to do better and create a better life for him and my family and why I haven't totally given up...
You see ,.. when my son was born my wife had complications and doctors said he wasn't going to live.... then after that hurdle they said he wouldn't walk or do anything "normal" kids do... and today he runs like the wind... and today he is 10 years old...
He still has some trouble with some motor skills and other things,... but,.. he is healthy and always happy. So I am grateful for that... He overcame a lot since he was born after spending his first month of life in the NICU (intensive care) with 24 hour nurse supervision... ( and a $160,000 medical bill I'm still paying off) ..... He overcame so I will too, For my Family.
I just have to keep pushing and keep doing the best I can. That's all I can do. Tomorrow is uncertain... but one thing for me is certain... My Family is my WHY!
