So lately I've been pushing myself to keep doing what I felt is right for my life and as always someone has their opinion on things so here is my reply and my advice if you are dealing with the same thing.

The beauty of your advice on internal/external value is that it's so widely applicable. Sure, not everyone might be able (or even want) to travel, but they can still avoid stagnation by pursuing new experiences, meeting new people, and learning new things.
In short, I think everyone's goal should be to look back at your present self 5 years from now and marvel at how much you've grown as a person!
That was kind of the point, shit we might not even have a planet in 3 years let alone live to see 5.
