Successful Dating is ways easier than you might think!
It may sound ridiculous and probably a lot of people already gave you the exact same advise. But in general you won´t be able to date any person successfully without listening to them. You will eventually never end up in a relationship just by telling the other one about all the great things you do and how awesome you are, while not listening to their stories.
The key to successful Dating lies within the Power of listening. Honest and interested listening to the words of your Date. You might be puzzled but it´s a fact that people tend to like you more whenever they are able to talk about themselves, their way of living etc. etc.
Actually everyone of us is more likely to fall in love with another person whenever he or she is really listening to us and interested in our stories. By then it eventually even doesn´t matter anymore how awesome your own stories are.

Es mag viel zu einfach klingen und wahrscheinlich hast du das alles schon einmal gehört. Wahrscheinlich hast du exakt diesen einen Tipp schon von mehreren Leuten bekommen. Eventuell wirst du allerdings nie in einer Beziehung enden, wenn du weiterhin dabei bleibst deinem Gegenüber all die tollen Geschichten über dich zu erzählen. All die Stories, die zeigen sollen, wie großartig du doch bist, während du die Worte deines Gegenübers nur halbherzig wahrnimmst.
Der Schlüssel zu einem erfolgreichen Date liegt nämlich darin, deinem Gegenüber zuzuhören. Nicht nur einfach so, sondern ehrlich und ins Detail. Das mag dich jetzt verwundern, aber jeder von uns lässt sich eher auf eine andere Person ein, wenn wir ihm / ihr mehr über uns erzählen können und dabei wirklich gehört werden.
Jeder von uns verliebt sich eher in jemanden, der sich für uns interessiert, der uns aufrichtig zuhört und sich die Details unserer Geschichten einprägt. Wenn du das kannst, dann ist es meist komplett egal, wie toll deine eigenen Geschichten nun wirklich sind.

I agree with what you are saying here. I think listening is not just important in just romantic relationships with your significant other, but also in all sorts of relationships whether, family, friends or work. It is the exchange of ideas and emotions that sterngthen bond between two people.
Hey @momoroongchao, I really appreciate you sharing my thoughts. It is not really common anymore today to have someone who´s really listening. Many people are simply to busy looking for their own benefits...
