You won't believe what this landlord went through after visiting his property 12 years later

A 56-year-old man from the city of Maidstone in the UK, experienced hell when he visited the house that he rented. The guy is one of those really nice landlords who doesn't even bother visiting his tenant. But his kindness abused in a really bad way. He lived the shock of his life after finding his house like this.

His tenant left him a very bad surprise behind. It took four days of work to clean the house!

There were enormous amounts of empty beer cans, cigarette stumps, and rotten food remains everywhere.

The landlord paid 10000 pounds to clean up and repair the house. He bought the house as an investment. They renovated it and found a tenant who was going to live there for the next 12 years. He was happy to find a tenant who seemed to have a settled life. But in the end, he faced the ugly truth.

The landlord says the tenant didn't seem very enthusiastic to meet with him. He just paid the rent to landlord's bank account and didn't want any more contact. Landlord says he didn't want to impose anything on the tenant, respected his privacy and moved on.

At this point, I don't even know if his tenant was a dirty person, angry with something or just a lunatic. If I were to be invited to a house that looks like that, I'd immediately call the police and leave the house. Because there are clear horror movie vibes in the house.
