WHAT IF EARTH’S POPULATION IS CONTROLLED BY ITS GOVERNMENT? – Part One

CIGARETTE: When you buy a pack of Cigarette, in most countries, you will observe that it is boldly written on it that “SMOKERS ARE LIABLE TO DIE YOUNG”.
Taking a critical look at a typical stick of cigarette, one can clearly observe that the components of a stick of cigarette is not healthy for human consumption on a normal day even in its unprocessed state which I believe is the reason there appears to be a direct connection between Smoking and Cancer of the Lungs based on concerns raised by Center for Disease Control .

The question becomes “If the Government and various health institutions are aware of all these facts why does it still allow the production and sale of cigarettes?”

HIV/AIDS: According to various sources, HIV/AIDS was brought to public notice in the 1980s which means this disease has been around for more than 3 decades and an actual cure for it is yet to be discovered and made available to the world.
The Ebola Virus was only around for few weeks and a cure was almost instantly discovered for it.
Which makes one begin to wonder why it is taking such a very long time for a cure to be discovered for HIV/AIDS. Maybe it is because the Ebola virus kills more promptly than HIV/AIDS.

MALARIA: According to the WHO, “Nearly half of the world's population is at risk of malaria. In 2015, there were roughly 212 million malaria cases and an estimated 429 000 malaria deaths. Sub-Saharan Africa continues to carry a disproportionately high share of the global malaria burden. In 2015, the region was home to 90% of malaria cases and 92% of malaria deaths.”
It is a known fact that Mosquitoes is the main cause of malaria yet various charity organizations channel millions of dollars towards providing medical cure for malaria rather than tackle its major cause which is mosquitoes. If these Organization can channel some of these funds towards securing the environment and fumigating these victims’ residential areas, the rate of deaths cause by malaria will be reduced to its barest minimum.

With all these above stated facts, I think it safe to ask if is this how the earth population is checked to avoid over-population.
