Intentional community in planning progress report #1

Good afternoon! This is a follow up post for my intentional community in planning. We continue to refine our ideas and search for our core community. So far one of our potential members opted out of the planning process for the time being, with an option to return as a member at a later date. So without further ado, here’s the brass tacks of our progress:

Currently our two members are working full time jobs and saving toward the land fund. We are also considering purchasing another property (house and land) to rent out in order to provide the community with a (mostly) passive monthly income.
