Beautiful photos @nearbird! There is a difference between joy, happiness and gladness, then there is also satisfaction, which is a milestone in each. I believe joy is like you say everywhere but is is also pre-destined but not it's satisfaction. It is our own choices that allow us to experience joy - joy is not subject to external factors such as hardship, conflict etc. It is an inner being and that being actually has personality. It is the essence of our creator, our father, our lifeline, our image. His name is Jesus :)
