Good advices! Is really easy to get overwhelmed by our worries, and that can get us pretty anxious.

Yes, definitely! Especially for people like me who are a perfectionist, it can get quite overwhelming from time to time, but sometimes I just have to remind myself of that and get into the habit of JUST DOING IT! Maybe spend a bit time thinking about it, but then interrupting the pattern and telling my brain to just do it!
