Don't Promise!

Hello Fellow Steemians!

Hope you all doing good nowadays. Because i don't. This is the first time i sit on the computer for personal use since last week. I have too much in my mind, so let me try to compose and write a good story.

-Honey, could you prepare breakfast tomorrow morning?
-No, i could not. I don't have to prepare it because you already accept to prepare sunday breakfasts before we married.
-But i feel too tired. I don't have power to prepare it
-Then you have to take me to open buffet breakfast.
-You're so cruel.

Be careful what you promised for before you got married. My promise was too naive, she only could torture me on sundays. But she never missed or abandoned it. I prepared breakfast on every sunday since we married May 2016. Apart from vacations, i think i have already prepared 100 breakfasts. What an achivement :)

Actually, i tried to pass it at 10th breakfast. I felt totally fucked up that day. It was a long week and saturday and all i want was to sleep and rest on sunday. So i pulled rebellion flag and declared this body will not prepare any sunday breakfast from now on. I was determined. So i didn't prepare the breakfast. I was telling myself "i will stand what i say and don't step back"!

Ece woke up, entered the room. Looked by stove, didn't see teapot there. Also the table was empty and she apprehend the situation really quick.

-Didn't you prepare the breakfast yet?
-No, i didn't. And i won't from now on. Why should i? For one stupid promise?
-You see the promises given me are bullshit?
-What?
-How could i trust you while you are unable to keep a simple promise?
-Where is this came from?
-You are preparing breakfast once in a week and keep complaining? What if you be a dady?
-I will be a good one!
-You are irresponsible and you want to be a father in addition? No thanks, i pass it.
-Wow, you are really good at this. OK, just sit and wait. Breakfast will be ready in 20.

After she sat with an evil expression in her face until breakfast ready, i totally get it. Women has no jokes. And if you make a promise, you should keep it at every cost. This is why you single ones should hold your tongues. A woman is a relentless recorder whom plays recordings when their time come.

-Should we go outside for sunday breakfasts?
-Why? You are preparing it in good order.
-But i don't want to.
-Well, i want to have my breakfast in my home. If there is not a necessity.

Don't try to run little rabbit. Your promise will keep drain you until you have nothing left :)
