Live in this moment. You're not promised the next minute, no one is. Don’t expend your energy trying to possess, amass or control. For once, forget about the next moment.
Don’t dwell in the memories of the past, especially the bad ones. You can't fix it. It's gone. It's in the past now. Let the things you can't fix go.
