Comfortable with change
The one thing we can always count on is that nothing remains the same, not you, not me, nothing. It's precisely because of this that we all have to learn not only to accept this, but to embrace it, to see it as a positive even when it seems the opposite.

The world belongs to those who are quick to adapt, and that don't fight reality. Believe me when I tell you this, because I saw this first hand in my life as an entrepreneur. As I've shared in many of the posts on this blog, almost at every turn I had to reinvent the business I was involved with, or simply get forgotten by the markets.
If you find a formula that works, great. But do not think that it will work forever, and take the time of abundance to prepare for the time where change will make it not so anymore. You could say that the wisdom is common knowledge, but I don't see people acting like this often, I see people acting opposite to it.
If change feels uncomfortable that is because you've gotten used to thinking you can know the outcome every single time. This is not the case, because unless you are a wizard there is no way you can know what's going to happen tomorrow, you can simply prepare for the worse and best outcome.
There is no trick to this you can say, but believe me when I tell you, there is nothing more empowering that learning to roll with the punches and being comfortable with change.

The change is the universal truth of nature. Without change, life becomes monotonous. In this phase of change, which has adapted over time, the same strength is progressing in this world. History has shown us this exact lesson many times before as huge businesses end up failing due to not be able to adapt to markets and the dynamic that shift them. From railroads to cameras and now even within the internet space, companies that do not innovate to keep up with changes in customer demands or operational shifts, do not make it over an extended period of time. Some can persist longer than others but end up in the same place at the end of the day.

I support you in what you say here ... The market is very sensitive to changes, especially here in Venezuela, so entrepreneurs must adapt because otherwise they will fail securely. The market must be studied well in order to face the changes and apply the best strategy.

your article reminded me of people who were not adaptable to changes. whenever there is a new process that is introduced, all they do is make a complain. all these years, people who have succeeded have one common denominator, no fear of change. and those who can't get out of their comfort zones remain stuck.
i can relate with what you said. i guess those people you know are really slackers. good luck to them for having such an attitude. and these people usually come in groups as they can't stand alone by themselves.
whew! i will never like working with such people. they're considered liabilities in any company.

Dear sir, your post is very valid even though when we are faced with the odds its usually difficult to accept the realities of life and that change has caught up with us, we see this happen even with aging amongst ourselves, people starting to feel insecure about aging even with full knowledge that it is inevitable, just like you mentioned in being an entrepreneur so it is with music some artists who simply do music for the clout try out repeatedly the same format that gave them hits years ago being so scared to evolve and they usually end up loosing their careers to these insecurities. No matter how difficult it seems accepting change is the inevitable.
