in #life7 years ago

Today is not a nice weather over here. I wanted to be a bit healthy. I went to the forest to get some fresh air. It was quiet and peaceful, after worked hard in during the week.

I saw many a little growing plants over there. It looks beautiful. I took some picture of wood forest mushroom.

They had really nice color. Too bad, we did not have much sun light here. I will go there again, when it is a nice sunny day.

Very much mushroom, shaped like a shell that lives in the sea

Yes looks really shap, but we can not eat them.

Do you know for a fact that you cannot eat them, or are you simply assuming that, by default? They look similar to Ling Chi(Ganoderma lucidum), and in the USA, even the cousin of Ganoderma lucidum(Ganoderma sessile) is eaten, for its medical benefits.

I envision a post-tyranny future where all investigations and corresponding profit cannot be interfered with. Unfortunately, social taboos against violence are easily-manipulated into social taboos against adequate self-defense preparations. This allows unproductive sociopaths to dominate productive empaths, unless they have an enlightened "defender-mindset."

There are millions of fungi whose edibility is unknown, and must be thoroughly tested to determine their health benefits. It is the goal of people like Paul Stamets to accomplish this testing. He has videos on youtube and a website at fungi.com to connect to.

Wow, can you eat them? I am not so sure about that, It will be good if it is kind of medicine. I do not want to try it yet. First make sure that it can be eatable. Thanks for the more information. I did not know the name of this mushroom in English even in Cambodian. I went to the website, It is very interesting. I know a few wild mushroom that you can eat, but not the one grow on the wood of on the dead tree. Too bad I don't know their name in English.

Wow beautiful photography.you cook well and your photography also great.stay healthy my friend.
